We are pleased to announce that we are now in a position to reinstate the 401k match! If you are currently enrolled in the 401k plan you will automatically start receiving the match effective August 20, 2012. If you are not enrolled in the plan the next entry period will be in December for a January 1 effective date. Reminders will be sent out before the next open enrollment period to allow everyone to take full advantage of this benefit. We will continue to reevaluate our benefits and ensure we have a very competitive package to offer our employees. Details of the structure of the match are outlined below. WBI will match the first 2% of your deferral contribution – dollar for dollar WBI will match the next 4% of your deferral contribution – fifty cent on the dollar
